45 mins. Boxing + Strength + Conditioning. Everything in one session.

No need to pick different classes. This is the complete workout.

What to expect:
- Bag & pad work
- Strength & conditioning circuits
- Coached from start to finish, work at your level

For: All levels - beginners to advanced. Men & women. No ego.

Bring: Water. Gloves provided for your first session.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am, 9:30am, 6pm, 7pm + Sat 9am

JAB GIRLS - BOXING & FITNESS FOR WOMEN

45 mins. Boxing + Conditioning. For women, coached by women & men who get it.

No experience needed. Start with other girls at your level. No egos, no pressure.

What to expect:
- Learn real boxing technique
- Pad work, strength & toning circuits
- Supportive group, work at your own pace

For: Beginners to advanced. Perfect if you want to get fit, feel strong and build confidence.

Bring: Water. Gloves provided for your first session.

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm
