All sessions are 60 mins, properly coached by Sean, with padwork, technique and conditioning.

Small Group PT Times:
6:00am, 7:00am, 9:00am 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

6 max per session. When it's full, it's full. Pre-book only.

No experience needed - all levels welcome, from complete beginners to advanced.
